Reconstructing Kobe - Published in 2006 (one year after the 10th Anniversary of the Earthquake). The book gives a through review of the positive and negative outcomes of reconstruction process - inculding issues raised between National, local government and local people. A very useful book to help understand the current reconstruction process in Tohoku.
